Re-Entry

RNs and NPs in Newfoundland and Labrador are legally required to be registered and licensed with the College. One of the ways RNs/NPs remain competent is keeping a minimum amount of practice hours. There are instances when an RN or NP will have gaps in their practice hours or have run out of hours (maternity leave, medical leave, ect). The following information details the steps that are required to re-enter practice.
