The College of Registered Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador is the regulatory body for all Registered Nurses (RNs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPNs) in this province. We have been the regulatory body of RNs since 1954. The College of Registered Nurses sets the standard for nursing excellence in our province.
