Opportunity for Input – NP Document Consultation

We are seeking feedback on new draft documents for Nurse Practitioners: Ending the Therapeutic Nurse Practitioner Client Relationship and Nurse Practitioners Closing or Leaving Practice – Temporarily or Permanently.

Links to the draft document and feedback survey are included below. Please review the draft documents before proceeding to the survey. We estimate that it will take 15 minutes to review the documents and 10 minutes to complete the survey.
