English Language Proficiency Exam Now Available Online

The Canadian English Language Benchmark Assessment (CELBAN) exam is now available online. CELBAN is one of the two English Language Proficiency (ELP) exams approved by council for those applicants who are required to complete a test to demonstrate ELP.
