Nurses working through epidemic and pandemic situations are at an increased risk for burnout and COVID-19 has exasperated these risks in new and unprecedented ways. This presentation will provide an overview of an educational resource and socially distanced peer support strategy that have been designed to mitigate the risk of
burnout and improve coping in nurses.
